Lynette provides a safe, healing, and professional environment and brings the wealth of her multi-faceted background into her work. She values and maintains honesty, integrity, humility, compassion, and a mutual commitment to individuals healing in her professional relationships.
The main foci of this work is empowering the client through awareness of what is occurring on a physical, mental, and emotional levels; delivering treatments to reduce the underlying stressors effecting these factors; and encouraging client responsibility through education of lifestyle changes and wellness care.
Ultimately, a sense of power for the client would be developed through the synergistic relationship among the practitioner, client, and device/technology and put the control of health back into the hands of the client.

Aimee Vardanega

Aimee worked in customer service for seven years before pursuing a career as a massage therapist. She wanted a career with a deeper meaning and a sense of purpose with inner peace. She graduated from the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA in August of 2008 where she learned Eastern and Western modalities. She is certified in California as a Massage Therapist and Health Educator.
Aimee is trained in Swedish, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Therapies, Rocking and Shaking, Sports massage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy, and Energy Work. She integrates these therapies to best fit her client's needs with a steady and soothing touch. Aimee practices a healthy lifesyle and encourages others to do so as well. She practices yoga, rides her bicycle, and has lead a vegan lifestyle since 2008. She shares her recipes and goodies at the center.
